Shelby Aronoff
MSW, LCSW
Every person carries their own internal struggles, and at times, it can feel like something you're meant to navigate alone. While reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, it is also a powerful and courageous step. Having a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported can be deeply healing.
At every stage of life, we encounter challenges, transitions, and moments of uncertainty. One of the most meaningful aspects of being human is our capacity for connection, both with others and within ourselves. Client share that I provide a warm, supportive environment where that connection can deepen, and where we can create meaningful, lasting change together.
I take an integrative and personalized approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to meet each client's unique needs. Through conversation, creativity, play, and self-exploration, I offer a supportive and engaging space where you or your child or teen can feel safe to be fully yourself. Together, we will work to better understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviors, strengthen your sense of self, and build more fulfilling, connected relationships.
