Meryl McDaniel
MSW, LCSW
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you've been carrying anxiety, OCD, trauma, or other emotional challenges on your own for a long time. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. At times, it can feel like your thoughts and emotions are constantly pulling you in different directions, making it difficult to find clarity, relief, or a sense of steadiness.
In my work as a therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely welcomed, supported, and comfortable being yourself. Clients often share that they appreciate the calm, warm, and approachable environment I bring to therapy. My goal is for you to feel safe showing up exactly as you are, without fear of judgement. I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a strong, trusting relationship, and I bring compassion, curiosity, and authenticity into each session. Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also developing practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered in your life.
