Emily Sierawski

MSW, LCSW

Seeking therapy and sharing personal struggles with someone new can be overwhelming, particularly when dealing with the hidden struggles of anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma or major life changes. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the cornerstone of effective therapy, and I am committed to fostering a strong, trusting connection with each of my clients.

In therapy sessions, I bring my authentic self to create a supportive and safe environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings, all while cultivating compassion for yourself. I believe that a foundation of trust and acceptance is crucial for fostering curiosity and self-discovery. My goal is to help you gain insight and facilitate meaningful change by identifying patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll discover and practice effective coping skills to handle difficult emotions and tough situations. Using a person-centered approach, I focus on understanding your unique perspective to ensure that our work together results in meaningful and lasting positive changes in your life.

If you're ready to take the next step, I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey, providing support and guidance every step of the way.
