It can be intimidating to trust someone by taking the leap of sharing your personal journey, especially if you have felt isolated and unheard in the past. It’s also overwhelming to live with invisible struggles while trying to find your true self within societal expectations. My approach is warm, supportive, and insightful. I meet clients where they are, move at their pace, provide a safe place to examine struggles, and guide in self-discovery and personal growth.

Living with the invisible burden of OCD, depression, anxiety, trauma and even navigating life transitions can be an isolating and scary experience. Sometimes this can make it more challenging to seek support and feel comfortable sharing your pain with others. In therapy sessions I show up as my authentic self and strive to provide a compassionate and empowering environment so that my clients can begin to live the life they deserve.

Embarking on the path to therapy can seem overwhelming—many clients grapple with doubts or the pressure to already have it all figured out. My mission is to counter that uncertainty with a holistic and tailored approach, one that fits the unique needs and aspirations of each individual. Creating a safe, compassionate, and inviting environment is pivotal as it guides individuals through their distinct journey toward healing, regardless of the complexities they face.

It can feel overwhelming and tiresome to try and find a therapist who is the right fit for you. Perhaps you’ve had negative experiences in therapy in the past and the idea of catching someone new up on your life just feels daunting. In therapy sessions clients can expect me to show up as warm, understanding and kind. Clients express feeling very comfortable working with me and describe me as someone who, “just gets it,” often without them needing to fully explain something.

It can be daunting to start therapy due to previous negative therapeutic experiences, a poor fit in therapist, or overwhelm about where to begin and how to “catch someone up” with all of the things that have happened in your life. I show up as my authentic self in the therapy space, which I find naturally encourages clients to discover their truest selves and therapeutic goals. I use a person-centered approach and get to know clients’ individual strengths to best develop and maintain coping skills and strategies that really work.
